Bridge Street Tavern in Augusta

So I just deleted my review from a year ago being disappointed because that's changed the foods great only thing I'm sad about is my steak n cheese used to come with fries n tonight it same with crushed up stale potato chips but the sammie was absolutely amazing ....

It's great comfortable place to visit friends and have some great beer, there Mermaid Margaritas aren't bad either!! The food is just like being in Ireland :-)

We stopped by while traveling. Great atmosphere, good food and great prices.

I enjoyed the turkey wrap and the wait staff was very good.

This place has it all. Great beer selection with happy hour deals. Good pub selection with some Irish and Scottish classics. Got the scotch egg it was great the egg was a perfect soft boil. Prices for sandwiches was reasonable and the service was quick.

Excellent food and drinks the service was right on point home cooked meals fot working man's wages. Highly recommend the the wings and the fish & chips! the cheesecake is the best I've ever had.

Much bigger place than I expected. Fish & chips and buffalo wrap were good.

Lovely Irish pub with pew style booths and a comfy bar. The owner and the staff clearly care for this bar. Excellent whiskey selection. Haven't tried the food yet... but I plan to. There were some items that looked great.

Unique feel for this cozy Irish pub in downtown Augusta. Great fries and poutine. Good selection of whiskeys and beers on tap. Depending on the time, the wait can be a bit long to get a table and/or food.

Great place to catch up with friends and hang out. Staff seems very nice and attentive. Food seems pretty good too!

I am disappointed that this restaurant has publicly stated they will not follow current health guidelines regarding COVID-19. They have reopened, but will not have any of their employees or guests wear masks. I wonder how long they were doing this without telling customers? How many people's lives did they risk over a minor inconvenience?When they were called out on this fact, on the post the made regarding it, all such comments were deleted, while those supporting it remain, making it look like everyone is in support of this when many are not. If they're willing to flout this simple rule, which costs nothing, how many other health and safety laws are they ignoring because it's not convenient for them?I'd avoid this place like the plague.Update: They've now deleted their post saying if you're scared you should stay home and that their employees wouldn't be wearing masks, per State reopening guidelines.

Very friendly capable staff with good food. Great prices and an even better atmosphere! Their deck is inclosed and is now 4 seasons! Always a comfortable temperature.

Pizza was burned to a crisp. The manager couldn’t make time to apologize or correct the problem. Before we could order something else, they took the pizza and left the bill. Terrible food and management. There are better places nearby...go somewhere else.

Best pizza around! great service as well, I travel from 30 mins away just to eat their food, definitely give them a try! I recommend the chicken bacon ranch pizza or the buffalo chicken.

A very nice Irish pub in an easy to access location in downtown Augusta. The food was delicious; I had fish and chips, and my friend got the Scotch Egg; both were delicious and well sized portions. The beer menu is impressive; taking up a large section of one wall, the beer is listed by type, maker, and location it's brewed, giving information on both local drinking options and out of state brews. If you're looking for Irish Whiskey, they've got an impressive menu, featuring price per shot as well as the distillery the nectar hails from. If you're looking for sports, multiple big screen TVs had lots of contests on while we were there, and the waiter was very helpful and set one patron up with the basketball game he wanted to watch. Good food, good drink, and excellent service. Highly recommended!

Wow what can I say. We have visited twice now and its been amazing. The food is on point, large portions, and great music. Cant say enough about it. Service is great too.Update: Stopped by for our 5th Anniversary and was blown away again. Irish Nachos where bomb, Irish boss burger was huge! I couldnt eat it all. Wow what can I say. My wife and my favorite place in Augusta. Hands down greatness.

Tried out the wings at this place. The salt and vinegar wings are the best! We also tried the sweet chili and parmesan garlic wings. Looking forward to trying everything on the menu

I think it was good, traditional Irish shepherd's pie. First time I have ever tried it. The ground lamb was savory. Not too salty, like most pub foods. Melted Irish cheese topping delicious.

Great food, great atmosphere one of the best places to eat in Augusta. The lady owner is wicked cool, but the man owner seems a bit gruff, I wanted to give him a hug but he refused. Ask for Stacy, she’ll take care of you.

I don’t understand why someone would think they can charge 10.80 for a large cup of soup I get soup from everywhere here in town never have I seen any charge that much, if it at least tasted decent I wouldn’t be making this review I was hoping at least it would taste good but it has no flavor at all, it is just broth and vegetables and the carrots werent cooked through. Not too big a deal if it at least tasted good. Just not much too it at all a can taste better and is way less of a cost.

Real Irish pub atmosphere. They have Murphy's Stout. Irish food like you won't find most places.

I wish this place was open more often. After ten and Sundays is when I'm really spending money. The fish and chips is pretty good.
